Very impressed by whole complex although when we arrived on 20 October it was starting to wind down, This however meant plenty of loungers at the pools and the restaurant was comfortable and not overcrowded. This is a very well run hotel. Everything runs smoothly so well done. There is something for everybody and the all inclusive is well organised. Food is good, but afther 3 days i had seen it all (im not that fund of returning buffets). The only minus for this hotel is the staff : i think i got one goodmorning... more

We went to the Creta Panorama for some sun and relaxation and we certainly got both. Everything about the hotel was great. I am a little fussy with my food but I always found something to eat, especially the desserts! Yes it is a bit away from everything, but the bus stops right outside! more

have just returned from crete, the iberostar creta panorama is on the same site as the iberostar creta mare & the creta marine. the creta panorama & mare share the same bars & restaurants the creta marine although on the same complex has its owns bars etc. the choice of food was great, a much the same buffet each night... more

Hotel and grounds beautiful and very clean. We paid and upgraded to a 'superior' bungalow only to find that the extra facilities consisted of bathrobes, shampoo etc, slippers, bottles in the fridge (we were all inclusive)! and a twice daily maid service - the second visit involved turning the corner of our bedsheets down and leaving some sweets. The only thing i would change about this resort is the salt water pools. My son spent a lot of time in reception where they have computers and games etc. The food was great particualry the pork. to be charged extra for certain meals/barbeques was a bit much though.
