With just two rooms, Le Mas de Hiboux gives you the feeling of being in your own French country home. Owners, Gerta and Tony are more than wonderful. French, English, Dutch and German are spoken. We stayed 2 nights in August 2007. We booked through Likhom.com. The house itself is so unique and beautiful, oozing authentic country charm. We stayed in the upper room on the 3rd floor-very rustic but air conditioned as temps were about 34C in the daytime. Only downside - the bathroom was on the second floor. The kitchen is lovely and breakfasts out on the terrace were amazing. Eggs from their own chickens, homemade jams, bread and croissants fresh from the local bakery daily, the most mouth-watering plums and pears from their tree in the flower filled garden.
