We booked a disabled room for my mum in law in her wheelchair. When we arrived at Reception, Receptionist started laughing when we asked to be shown to our room. They rang a few nearby hotels and all were full. Because all rooms were upstairs, mum in law could not get up to her room and slept in our car.
