We recently spent a fortnight at By The Sea Residence and can honestly say that we had a quiet, peaceful and thoroughly relaxing holiday in an unspoiled part of Phuket Island. We stayed here recently and I noticed there were no reviews for this place so thought I would write one! The apartments seemed to be mostly privately owned and some were rented out to holidaymakers.
