Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the condition of my room. The room felt old and worn, and the atmosphere was quite dark. The bathroom fittings were rusty, which was not pleasant. Another downside was the noise coming from the neighboring house. The resident frequently play very loud heavy metal and hardcore psycho techno music, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. According to the guest and staff members, the noise pollution is common and is to be expected every weekend. Despite the nice staff and clean property, the room's condition and the noise disturbance were major drawbacks for my stay. I would recommend the hotel management to address these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

This summer, we booked this hotel for the third time in 4 years. This year, we booked the new double room Schneespitz Deluxe for 2 persons with half pension and the ratio quality/price is very good. Breakfast is very good quality with good choices and diner is an excellant 5 plates one. Wine card is very good with also beautiful local wines. Once a week, they organise a special diner that starts first with a drink and some ham for free. Each day, we performed hiking in the surrounding mountains and one can hike directly from the hotel or drive first 20 to 30 min by car to visit another part of the mountains. A couple of times, before diner, we enjoined the good sauna that is also having 2 good relaxing rooms. So far, we have never been disappointed and the staff is really great. They are working hard to satisfy their clients the best they can.

You can't buy happiness but you can book a stay at Panorama Aktiv Hotel and that's pretty close. Enjoy the spectacular view and the cozy atmosphere at the hotel - it's addictive. The family is warm and friendly and we especially enjoyed the dinner with superb dishes.

We had booked a room in the new part of the hotel. Unfortunately we were allocated a room on the north side of the hotel building although booking was made and paid more than half a year ago ahead. The rooms located there are oriented towards the parking lot and the outdoor area of the restaurant. Too bad, because only the south-facing rooms offer a spectacular view. It was offered as an alternative to a room in the old building. However, due to the very high room standard and the ambience in the allocated room, we decided to stay in the allocated north-side room. With a renewed stay we would however only make a reservation in the new building with a guaranteed valley view. Room and bathroom very clean and the maid had almost every day a new idea to drape the sheets and towels. Half board with balanced price-performance ratio. Swimming pool is missing (no swimming in the area available). But the spa is just sensational! The bar and reception are housed in a large room. This is beautifully furnished in a traditional style and still looks modern. Great view from the partially large windows. For the cold season there is even a fireplace.

We went for skiing holidays with the school for 5 days. All the rooms were extremely old, beds were very uncomfortable, the toilet leaked water. Breakfast was poor. The home page only shows few good rooms that you will not get. I would not choose the hotel again.

We made a rezervation on booking and announced that we will arrive arround 12:00 o'clock in the night being assured that they will wait for us. At 11:45 we were standing in front of the reception but nobody answered ! We called constantly for 1 hour, on the only number that was listed in contact!! Trying to find another hotel in that area at that hour it's impossible !! In the end booking personnel helped us, but from Panorama Hotel we only got a sorry after we called them again in the morning. We were very tired, we had to pay a lot more than we booked and lost our time distroing our planifications for the next day! Thanks for nothing ! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!

Stayed in hotel Panorama for one night to get a good impression of the surroundings. The hotel is beautifully located in the mountains and it is easy to reach by car from the motorway. Checkin was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and warm. The first impression of the hotel was very nice, with modern and up-to-date facilities. There are wellness facilities available like sauna and a steam bath. Unfortunately, the rooms were below standard and in need of refurbishment. There was a tired overall look of the room with extreem basic facilities that had seen better days. There were a lot of scuff marks on the wooden interior and the furniture has been around for some time. The bed was good and comfortable with good sheets and pillow and the whole room was very clean and hygienic. There was a small balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The balcony chairs were unfortunately rusted and i didn't want to ruin my clothes by sitting on them. The bathroom was small and outdated. The shower was small and basic and hard to fix into place once turned on, water temperature was good to control. Very basic amenities, no facial tissues, and very small towels (only 1 per person). The radiator in the bathroom was also rusted and not representative for a 3-star hotel. Overall cleanliness was very good though. The restaurant serves a good variety of local dishes and portions are generous. The waiting staff was excellent and very friendly. Price level for the food was acceptable. The breakfast was basic but ok with coffee and various tea flavours. Breads and cake were also available and some cold cuts and cheeses. No hot breakfast dishes except some soft boiled eggs. The hotel offers free wifi internet, which works very well in the lobby, but loses strength in the rooms. The TV was basic with limited channels. In general I had higher expectations of the hotel based on the pictures on the website and the price level. It was disappointing to see the state of these rooms and I wouldn't have booked this hotel knowing this in advance. The positive point is the staff, but it only makes up partly for the lack of room comfort.
