Stopped off for a drink and found the staff incredibly friendly and their knowledge of the local area was second to none. Cant comment on the accomodation as we never stayed but on first impressions we would definately return and stay overnight.

Good value, tasty food. Lovely setting and friendly staff. Have been going for years. Service starting to slip slightly (slow both times when we recently visited) so if you are reading this as the owner, just a watch out! See you soon.

Can't comment on the rooms, as we were staying in a cottage up the road, but food, beer and wine were great, good service, and OK prices too: we had 3 great meals here. Great that you can eat in the bar or the more formal restaurant.

This hotel made a great base for our (very successful) attempt to watch beavers in Knapdale. The hotel has a great restaurant and ( having been Pre- warned) coped magnificently with the unusual culinary requirements of our group. Fantastic food, great atmosphere, friendly staff enhanced a special visit to this wonderful area.
