Stayed in the 2 bedroom appartment which is a great as the pictures look like - they have huge bedrooms, small kitchen and living area as they are meant to be used in summer. Amazing sea view. I stayed for 2 weeks at end of August 2012. However you don't notice them when driving in Via Romana , this residence is not housed in a modern building. Our apartment was renovated and quite large. Well the good news end pretty much here. The AC is centralized and cannot be controlled. To my standard the place is not very clean. Just back from a wonderful stay at Oliveto, it exceeded our expectations. A bit dfficult to spot on arrival, as you are not quite sure what the "Residence Oliveto" sign is pointing to, it is very worthwhile finding this apartment-hotel. Nice residence. Rooms are actually flats with small kitchen, salon and room(s).
