I recently attended a birthday party at the yeats county and I was well impressed with the choice on the menu and the service we received while we were there. There was 14 people in our party and everyone enjoyed their meals immensely judging by the empty plates and satisfaction on everyone's faces. The service was great and the food... More

We ( a group of 12 adult cyclists) stayed here and ate, food is very good and the staff are nice. Free Wifi also. Breakfast was huge and lovely. I cant really fault it. Thanks for the nice stay we all had a great evening and it meant the next days journey started that bit better.

I had lunch here on the way from Galway to Donegal. I should have waited until Sligo. The food was adequate but bad value for money. When I enquired as to what all was in the chicken panini, I got a bemused response to the effect that it was just chicken - full stop. A previous review on this item... More

We stopped by here for lunch on our way back to westport from sligo. Ordered a sandwich and a panini and we were very sorry we didn't wait till we got to castlebar to eat. The chicken panini had just a couple of pieces of chicken in a white roll (not a panini roll as advertised) smothered in a sweet... More

The rooms are great value for money & the carvery is truly unbeatable in a great rustic family friendly restraunt. The kids are made to feel that welcome we go back for Sunday lunch, time & time again ! The other half & I also sneek off for our romantic time at the Yeats where we enjoy intimate a la... More

This is the worst place we have been in Ireland. They claimed 40 euros per room, but they asked us 40 per person. We accepted just because we were tired and wanted a place close to the Knock airport. That rate is the same we were charged in the top level, beautiful, 4-stars B&B in Ireland. Instead, this Inn was... More

Nice country atmosphere. Nice restaurant and pub with very friendly staff. The rooms are small and spartan but better than a B&B for the same price. The elevator is a little scary - I put my suitcase in the elevator and walked up the stairs. Very reasonable price

I was generally dissapointed by my recent stop at yeats country inn , shame because externally its a lovely building and a handy stop enroute to Sligo . The bar/resturant is a little drab and the ' big tom ' type music that happened to be playing could annoy some people . I ordered turkey and ham . It arrived... More
