We stayed in Ardagh village in mid-July 2009, two and adults and three children. The houses are a lovely size, comfortable beds, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Cosy, comfortable living room with TV, however we did not get to use this as too much else going on. Houses are perfectly situated for touring the island, strolling down to the shop or for a swim off the pier at high tide. We would definitely recommend them and will certainly be back.

Having spent 3 days on Bere Island in July we wanted to come back as there was so much to see and do. We returned in August, 6 Adults and 9 Children in Lawerance Cove Lodge for 4 days. It was fantastic, accommodation is ideal for this type of family get together, the kids slept in the 8 Bed Dorm (with en-suite) which was nicknamed ‘The Cousins Club’, Edel moved in a camp bed to accommodate the smallest cousin and there was plenty of room.
