Some humble advise to management....no matter what type of room it is, the basic amenities should be provided...complimentary soap, shampoo and lotion. Towels, sheets etc. should smell and fell clean. Just a little "comfort or fabuloso" can go a long way!!! Especially those blue towels!!! Gabbage bins should be emptied everyday! my husband and i spent our honeymoon there. the reception was poor, the rooms were old and outdated and the serving of breakfast lunch and dinner was very poor. we had to wait for about an 1hr before being served. otherwise fantastic view of the beach.

Check-in was horrible. We checked-in (11am) ahead of the resort's check-in time, and still had to wait for a while when we returned at 2pm. Eventually we did get a room and were pleasantly surprised. My wife and I spent the carnival weekend there and although we did eventually enjoy our stay there is a lot that needs to be done with their system. The long drive was worth the while. The pool from the pool to the ocean was like a piece of heaven. And who said that the service was poor? GET A life . The staff was helpful and the rooms i well kept, i would recommend this place for you to relax from the stress of life.
