We were over for a wedding in Limoux and stayed three nights in the hotel, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Compared to about 8 or 9 other hotels I sampled in France these past two weeks, this place is easy to recommend. The food is exceptionally good. It does not come at a bargain, meaning that value is only good rather than excellent. The location is terrific, the staff delightful, and the rather stodgy decor charming in its own way.

Very disappointing, breakfast was stale (every day) as the days went by (7) we saw the same food presented on the breakfast buffet. Went to the restaurant to celebrate lunch with friends. Service was excellent but the food at around 60 euros per head for the fixed menu was not worth it. Had many far better meals at Domaine Gayda nearby at half the price.
