Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Jose the entertainments manager, was brilliant, great sense of humour. Ana in the restaurant and Ana on reception extremely helpful. Bedrooms serviced everyday to a high standard. Glad it was quiet just what we wanted. Only a short walk to El Medano, interesting Spanish small town. Bus service from the town brilliant, if you fancy... More

This is unfortunately all let down by its location as it is very close to the airport and right under the flight path - even in December the aircraft were taking off over our... More

stayed in this hotel twice now both where late deals. we picked this hotel due to location as the hotel is a bit of a walk into the centre- aprox 25 to 20 mins. if you are wanting lively nights this hotel is not for you. The hotel from the outside looks like an office block but once inside the... More

Weather wasn't as good as i expected in Tenerife. Due to continual strong winds most days. Mixed with some sunshine. If you have mobility problems you... More

Travelled with my daughter for a spa break - obviously the hotel can do nothing about the weather but the hotel was freezing, we then had to pay to go in the spa which wasn't mentioned when we booked (all inclusive) we were so cold we paid! And it was not spa temperature inside unless you sat in the sauna... More

I weas impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and special thanks to Israel in reception, Jose in entertainment and Charlotte and Domingo in the Spa. The room was great, worth paying for a Junior Suite with a Sea view. View was amazing. Very tranquil calm and relaxing environment. Food was good and varied and had a large selection... More
