Essentially ok and some staff were friendly and helpful, but I would expect both service and maintenance to be very good in a hotel like this on Tenerife. Friendly staff don't make up for no kettle, no remote for TV, no air con, terrible breakfast, awful bathroom, towels not fit for a car boot sale, and no bar open on a Sunday night!
