Stayed two nights. Looks deserted from the outside, inside it's like another world... quiet, almost still smells of incense the monks must have used when it was a monastery. This old Cistercian monastery has been beautifully coverted into an hotel of the higest standard. The combination of lod and new has been done perfectly. The satff at reception, and especailly in the retaurant were friendly and very much wanted to be of service.
