If you are looking something pure, authentic and nice, Rhenia - is the best hotel for vocation on Mykonos. It's about 2 km from the Old Port and city (Chora), and it's jast few minutes from the New Port (Tourlos), so if you arrive there, beleive, better way is stay in Rhenia. This hotel is one of the best kept secret of Myconos! The breakfast buffet was incredible. One of the best we had in Grece. You had the choice of eating inside the breakfat area which was bright and inviting or outside. The rooms had new furniture and was nicely decorated. I highly recommend a stay at Rhenia Bungalows. The view of Mykonos is beautiful and the accomodations and pool were great. A very short walk downhill to the bus stop will take you into town and beaches. The owners of the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Rhenia Bungalows was beautiful. The family that runs it is very sweet/helpful/attentive and their little dog that runs around the grounds is so friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast (included) was just fine, and a computer in the lobby with free internet. My favorite part was the common areas - poolside, lobby/game room, reading room.
