This motel is in a great location within walking distance to salamanca and the waterfront however the rooms were very tired and dated, not cleaned to very good standards and breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was below average. Up on a hill and 3 stories without elevators - lots of dragging luggage up and down steps. If you arrive after 8PM as we did, you'd better have a cell phone.
