Lovely motel-type accomodation, clean rooms, ours had ac unit and ceiling fan, had tv english bathroom, nice restaurant, excellent crab key restaurant downstairs especially for their crab dishes. A short walk to the beach (5 minutes at a fast pace) and a nice one at that. Just so you know, Majorda Beach Resort was charging almost $400 when we got this for the equivalent of $25 US for two rooms.

Rooms are nothing extraordinary but clean and all you need and considering the beautiful neighborhood a steal! Already dreaming of going back to Goa, Majorda had the nicest, cleanest beach I had seen, nice Beach Shacks that catered to both locals and foreigners (Russians in particular).

We had the balcony facing the street, can get a little loud in the am as people are honking and ringing their bells and cars going to and from, but it quiets after a while. Gaoans... more
