we were recommended here by Austral adventures as we had a few days in Chiloe. The accommodation was fabulous, the river kayaking and penguins were amazing, and the hosts welcoming. food was the best we had on our trip too!

Chepu Adventures is run by Fernando, a guy with an absolute passion for caring for the environment, and his lovely wife. Together they have built some cabins on some incredible land, about 20km or so outside of Ancud. The lodging is basic, but relaxed and perfect for getting a good nights sleep. A Paradise of peace and beauty with warm, cosy and VERY clean cabins, magnificent views of the rivers and the dead tree valley, good food and fab breakfasts, extremely friendly owners. Kayaking at dawn is a must and the whole trek to see penguins was awesome, on both excursions plenty of birds. We highly recommend it!! and the price

We just spent two nights here and had a great time. The owners are wonderful, caring, and committed to the environment around them. Armory and Fernando have created a really special place preserving nature and providing an eco-friendly retreat. Their hospitality, friendliness, guidance and conversation was a treat to this solo traveler looking for a couple of nights stay and one of the most amazing wildlife experiences I could have imagined.

We have stayed in Mirador the Chepu for two nights, enjoying the great environment and hospitality of Amory and Fernando. We did the morning kayaking and a hike to the penguin colony, both are highly recommended. Amory and Fernando keep the place nature friendly, which is very important to me, making the experience even better.
I highly recommend it and...
