Stayed one night at the end of a two week holiday. We were met and shown round the premises by the father of the owner - he has a farm next door - as the owners were not at home. He was extremely helpful, told us where we could eat and gave us his own reviews of the local eateries.... more
Very welcoming B&B from the start; David and Gillian really did everything to help us get around the local area to attend a wedding. Good sized room with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Breakfast very tasty too. Overall good value, and highly recommended if in Hillsborough area. more
We were driving from the other end of Ireland for a wedding in Hillborough, and our late arrival was no problem as we'd told them in advance (didn't get in till half eleven). Very quiet location in the historic village of Hillsborough. Friendly owners, great breakfast, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Ideal for business as it is off the main Belfast Dublin road. Belfast city centre is only 15 mins drive I recommend it to anyone. more
