I am very satisfied on my one night spent at the hotel. The room exceeded all my expectations, it got a huge window, mini fridge, LCD TV, work table, etc, etc, and at the top of all a great power shower. Great value for money.

I reserved a double room via internet booking. I arrived earlier than checking in time and a friendly staff promised me to keep my luggage when i headed out for lunch, killing time. We booked our stay in Bintulu in Tune Hotel only because they had a ROOM sale at that time we booked our three nights' stay in Bintulu. We expected the twin room (there were no more double rooms were available during the sale) to be cramped as is typical with the other Tune Hotels we stayed in (KL, Penang, Bali)....

I generally do not fancy the...

I would have given this great hotel five points but there is something very irritating holding me back: Tune Hotel add-on service system.
It works like this. You arrive at the hotel, then the staff tells you the basic room rate. If you want you'll have to pay extra for aircon, towel and tv. On top of that you have...

Hi There,
Our piece-meal concept requires extra payment for anything that is not an elemental part of a stay.
'For non-essential items such as TV, Wi-Fi, air -conditioning, toiletries and hairdryers, guests only pay if they need them. Guests not using the extra facilities won't be charged for them as part of the room price.' This typically allows our customers...
