I visited Ivy Dene with my husband and two sons in early October 2011. We spent just one night but were made extremely welcome. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable and had gorgeous views. Although it is close to the main road we found it to be quiet and peaceful. Bob cooked us a super breakfast using very good ingredients.... More

A nice quiet Guest House with high quality rooms. Very friendly, and a good breakfast which sets you up for the day. Very central for getting around the Dales.

Very clean comfortable rooms. Memory foam mattress in a four post bed. Just a short walk to a pub and an excellent fish restaurant. The owners are a very friendly, interesting couple. Parking at rear is a bit restricted but safe. One drawback - the room TV is ancient. Breakfast is excellent.
