Moved here from another hotel, after one of the worse experience of my business travelling life, this had its problem but was a vast improvement on the previous night, staff were very friendly, the building is lovely olde worlde, did not try the food but smelt very flavousome. If in area again will consider staying here again.

Stayed for New Years Eve under advice from a friend and I am sooo glad, what a place: great atmosphere, very reasonable, staff were brilliant, rooms were great & entertainment was 1st class. All in all I will definitely add this hotel to my favourites.

Hotel rooms were a bit flimsy and walls very thin so could be a bit noisy at times, the rooms are clean and well decorated, tv recepton was not good. Staff were friendly but was difficult trying to find staff at reception on several ocasions. Breakfast was nice and overall what we needed for one night.
