Great pool with a kids section, and the area surrounding it with chairs we mostly used the chairs in our own porch (only like 3m from our door to the pool) allmost like pool access without having to pay that surcharge like other hotels have. Also they provided pool towels (after we asked for them)

Inexpensive too at lowseason using Latestays we paid only 650 bath/night
2 bottles of water came free every day
the bungalow had a small refridgerator (with the usual minibar stuff) but we got things cheaper from a nearby 7eleven

Many options for restaurants within just a minute of walking, also very close to a taxi/tuktuk "stand". Lots of shopping surrounding this place as well and a couple of touroperators nearby (we went on an excellent tour to Khai Nok, where we had hundreds of fishes swiming around our legs :-)

A slightly too hard bed (but we do prefer them harder than too soft)
