Firstly the location is ideally suited to visit local areas,and I do not believe you could better accommodation within the price range. “Good business stopover”

Comfortable and welcoming. Excellent extra touches - homemade bread at breakfast and a proper teapot in the bedroom! We stay in a lot of B&B's all over the country while on work visits and it is these little things that can make all the difference - would highly recommend. Good pubs to eat at nearby too.

Margaret and Gordon's hospitality is just right, making this a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Very good extra touches and lovely wide choice at breakfast. We would like to stay again.

Annual visit with friends for Lincolnshire Steam Rally. Excellent location for accessing showground. We have stayed at Orchard Cottage on our last 3 trips to visit family in Torksey. We have stayed in the Annex and also in the Cottage itself. The rooms are so cosy and comfortable and the standard of cleanliness is immaculate. Breakfast is excellent - lots of choice, always freshly cooked and a wonderful start to a chilly autumn... More

My stay at Orchard Cottage was really nice, the room in the Annexe was Excellent and the Breakfasts were fantastic so much choice. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who is in the Lincoln area and looking for a place to stay. Margaret and Gordon were the perfect hosts
