We stayed at the Horizon Karon beach resort for 10 nights on our honeymoon. The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly! We stayed in the Privilege Club Wing in a delux room. Extremely disappointed will never stay there again. The resort was nice but the service was absolutely terrible. We arrived about 5pm, no one came out to help with our bags because the concierge was asleep at the desk. We were rushed through check in we had to skull our complementary cocktails. We stayed in a 4 star resort hotel, in Karon Beach with our 2 little kids (ages 1 & 3.) for 2 weeks We felt safe, happy & central to all things important. It was my 50th and our 4 family groups went to the Horizon Karon Beach. Due to overbooking, one family group were "upgraded" to the Privilege Club.
