Very good value for money. Big rooms with fridge and safe and aircon. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Very helpful staff. Just four minutes by foot to karon beach, 15 minutes to kata beach. Bus stop next to the house.

chaep, but next door no website twice cheaper. basic, huge room,huge bed, everyday cleaning,new towel, good bathroom, no revelation, no place outside room to rest, just table ouside on the street, good location, but any place small phutek is good location, if i have a time beeter find another one twice cheaper is easy

Karon Beach is much more low key than Patong, and good for couples and families. The guesthouse is not the most attractive we've stayed in, but the room was large and had a fridge, hot shower, comfortable bed, a/c, and wifi.
