Stayed for 2 nights. Read too much comment about this hotel before hand. So not much Wow factor to us. But the villa nearly perfect. Bfast was excellent and very friendly staff. In-Room dining was good as well. Also we have tried the Bambu restaurant Dance Show BBQ dinner. The dance was good, but the BBQ buffet is less impressive.... More

The view from the room(cliff edge) was amazing!! The room was luxurious and amenities was great . The service was great and made my stay memorable. The locations was easily accessible to Places of interest and recreation. But I would rather stay in the hotel to enjoy the facilities and my room! :)

We enjoyed our vacation in Banyan Tree Ungasan very much. The location / hotel / villa's are even more beautiful then the website tells you. A lovely beach and swimmingpool. Never had a private pool by the villa this large. Service is excellent.

Excellent experience with this hotel. Villas were clean and spacious with plenty of amenities, service staff were prompt with our requests and conversed well in English. Beautiful view from the hotel lobby and pool area.
