The hotel was very nice, and very clean, the room had a large bed, and plenty of storage space, the balcony was small, but had good views over the countryside, low walls at the side of the balcony gave very little privacy from the rooms next to us, there were only 3 plug sockets in the room, they were being used by their lamps and a coffee machine, so we had to unplug and use them. Breakfast was ok, but no egg chef, so eggs were brought out and left to congeal, the bacon was preformed, processed, bacon rashers, not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, having said that, the cold breakfast, cheese salami ham, and fruit, was very nice, as were the pastries and cakes. The pool was salt water, but needed more umbrella's to accompany the sunbeds, the pool bar was good, the food was very nice, and the drinks reasonably priced, I'll give a mention to Carla, thanks for your help. The hotel bar in the evening was soulless, had zero atmosphere, on one occasion after returning from the resort centre, we decided to have a drink on the terrace before bed, just us sitting there, when a member of staff came out, said nothing, turned the lights off, and left us sitting in semi darkness. and last of all, the onsite shop is not quite Harrods, in fact it's not quite anything, total waste of space, unless you want flip-flops or a beachball.…
