Pigeons were everywhere pooping on everything. You can't open windows because of invasion and deep piles of poop on the ledges. The sewer lines have problems and the whole place smelled like toilet, catch 22. It is delightful hotel for those who travel with children, by the car and does not go to Paris. Pros: beautiful villas and grounds, excellent concierge, villas were well stocked, temperature of villas was great - air worked fine for us, villas were very comfortable (beds were awesome), quiet, free high speed internet for 1 computer.
