I would say the hardware of the hotel is very nice, but there are some problems with the software. The relatively well-kept resort is big and you can easily get lost in the winding paths. We stayed at the JW Phuket after a stint at Club Med. Our connecting rooms were not available and we had a lot of hassle checking in. The hotel was pretty full as it was Easter. We were finally offered a deal on an ocean front suite that only had one bed. It was slightly more than our poolview rooms.... more
