Booked through latestays for 1350 Baht per night for their apartments in the high season, normal prices are 1900 Baht. We thought that the "correct" price should have been 1000 Baht or so. However be aware that this is in line with the rest of the hotels and restaurants that offer really poor value for money compared to other areas of S.Thailand such as Krabi or Samui...
Firstly don't be fooled by the pics on the webiste. The rooms, etc. do not look that glamorous and are infact pretty sterile. There are no throws on the sofa or the bed, there are no cushions for the sofa. When we asked for some, they said "No cushions". The apartments are advertised as having kitchenettes; this means you get a sink, with some cupboards (no cutlery, crockery or pans!), and a water boiler. There's no microwave or anything to cook with, so not sure what they mean by a kitchenette (waste of space!)? Although they issue the rooms with industrial water boilers, they don't give...
