I didn't think it was possible to take a 3 year old and a 4 year old to a small bed and breakfast and feel at home but Lou and John went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Not only did they interact with our children, they made sure they felt welcome as well and let them... More

This August we've spent one night at Les Rossignols. We found out that it is worth staying a much longer time, but unfortunately we already had bookings arranged for Brittany. When we arrived we immediately found their large pool for neccesary cool down after a long drive. The garden is huge! John showed us the fridge in where we could... More

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed for 6 nights in Chambre Bleue - which meant we had the whole top floor to ourselves so had loads of space. The separate living area was perfect to read books in once we had put our daughter to bed but weren't quite ready for bed ourselves. Lou & John are... More

I just enjoyed three days with Lou and John and feel like I have made new friends. Generous, awesome cooking if you have a meal and John always comes up with superb wine to go with it. I received some great tips on where to go, small towns and villages and felt equally comfortable on the property. This is how... More

We spend a wonderfull time with Lou and John at les Rossignols. We enjoyed very much their warm hospitality, the lovely Chambre Rouge + terrace, the relaxing garden + swimmingpool and the delicious meals (table d'hotes) we had together. Sitting around the table, enjoying the nice food and good conversation is a great way to learn more about other cultures!... More

We stayed with Lou and John for 5 nights and would have enjoyed an open-ended stay! We (a couple and our adult son) felt like guests in long-lost cousins' home. We had them prepare our evening meals our first and last nights there. Those meals (as well as the breakfasts) were delicious, generous and based on local foods, wines and... More

2 year ago I've found this fantastic B&B on the internet and we went there twice, on the way to and back from our final holiday destination. This year we did exactly the same because the owners, Lou and John, are such a warm couple. They make you feel at home in their home from the first second!!! Food, rooms,... More

Lou and John give a great service; the location is beautiful, the food is great (and yes, they are british), the rooms are comfortable. We only stayed one night on our way from the Loire châteaux towards the canal du midi, but should have booked a longer stay! It's amazing how Lou and John can make complete strangers feel at... More

Lou and John (the hosts) have the ability to make customers feel welcome, like at home.... Pros: Service, cosy rooms (recommend the one with the terrace), clean, very friendly hosts, good food (Lou cooks very well), very fare prices Cons: quite isolated Tip: Dont loose the opportunity to visit Figeac (a cute medieval town which is just 20 minutes from... Thank you John & Lou for a truely wonderful break. We could not have wished for better hosts. You have a beautiful home and gardens which added to the delight of our stay. Top marks to the chef, breakfasts and dinners were great. We will be back!
