Ann & Brian made our holiday,with their wonderful welcome and fantastic food and what a room we had. Seven foot bed fantastic bathroom,t.v. lounge area.Ample tea and coffee facilities.All in all we rate this as a ****** B8B.Can't wait to go again.Thanks again Ann & Brian.
