easy to locate, good view only from the top floor. we were the only occupants of this huge mansion. Considering the rooms and location the tariff of about Rs. 3000 is good compared to the others holding out for Rs. 7000 ( wynad is costly). Quiet place. No boarding, so carry food or get out.
