A friend and I had recently visited Parramatta for a 3-day Music Festival and loved absolutely every aspect of it, especially the proximity of distance between our Hotel and the Venue of the Festival. The Rooms were tidy, beds comfortable, and breakfast sumptuous. Not to mention the friendly staff at the Hotel. Thank you Accor!

Novotel Parramatta is located on Church St just by Parramatta River. Was good value stay, really close to main food strip and ideal to walk to parramatta stadium. very clean and good room quality. booked 8 rooms and everyone happy with their rooms. was nice to have a real shower and not over bath. great sized vanity that you could actually use the bench

I travel to West Sydney often for business. Novotel provides me the base I need, it's close to numerous restaurants and is clean. Staff always helpful. The rooms are modern and well presented, the gym could do with an overhaul but I'm there to work so this is no deal breaker.

Having stayed here previously l was very surprised to have had such a bad night. All good as I expect from Novotel standards but the two forks Resturant dinner is decidedly average. Rubbery squid and tough lamb blackstrap with delicious sauce and really nice veggies. Not my night I guess. But I was not the only one as at least on diner sent his steak back. Service was not great either.

We stayed at the Novotel Parramatta with friends for a wedding. Location near church was in easy walking distance. Our room on 12 th floor had fantastic views towards city. However room was unusual shape limited hanging space Two Forks Restaurant excellent for breakfast although rather noisy on first morning. Our group especially, liked the Juice Bar.
