Fortunately I looked at the Wotiff Mystery Hotel located in Parramatta and by matching the features established that the mystery hotel was in fact the Park Royal Parramatta. I had an excellent stay at Parkroyal Parramatta, stayed in room 11-12. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a delux and quiet room without having to ask. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. We will definitely be staying there again.

We chose this hotel because it good location to Central Sydney and to the Blue Mountains. A great choice.

We stayed at the Parkroyal for 2 nights over Easter and I was quite impressed. The free buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for and the food was tasty. My only critcism was how small the bathrooms were, with very poor ventilation. We also were not supplied enough towels for 3 people so we had to ask for more... More
