we tend to holiday 2or3 times a year,always staying in 4or 5 star hotels,this in our opinion wouldnt make a poor 2 star.Bad management,incompetent head waiter,what a joke he was.Food was disgusting,room was dirty.We cut short are stay after only 2 days and paid to be moved .paul atkin more

Old hotel, seriously needing renovation. Nice outdoor and indoor pools. Wonderful view and inserted in a calm area. The breakfast is ok. Poor service: The room cleaning is very poor, and they only change your towels every two days. The ONLY saving grace of this hotel is the fabulous sea view. Otherwise it is an awful hotel. Uncomfortable beds, shabby and poorly laid-out rooms, inadequate bathrooms, unfriendly service, never a parking space available. Definitely one to avoid. more

As usual you read reviews and you dont know what you are getting but as soon as you arrive your worrys are all gone. We had a lovely time at Cristal hotel. The hotel is very clean if a bit dated and the staff very friendly. We were a family of four and sayed on a halfboard basis . Breakfast and dinner was buffet style and I would rate as just slightly above average, plus there was lots of choice for the children too.... more
