For some reason this chain thinks it acceptible to charge guests £15 for a nights wi-fi. This is daylight (if not nightime) robbery and in protest I will not book Holiday Inn Express again until they stop ripping me off. Rooms are as basic as a Travel Lodge with little to commend them. I've no complaints about this hotel. There's no need to walk to the Metrocentre to get public transport into town either; there's a regular bus service from the road outside the hotel. more
