The rooms were very unclean, Damp & the AC wasnt working. we felt suffocated. The staff couldnt repair the AC hence we were asked to shift to another room but that one was worse. they brought down the rate for us drastically and still allowed us to have breakfast. the room was clean, spaceous, all you will need and more. the breakfast was amazing and a giant helping. they kept our stuff for us. totally worth it. and so close to the beach! More

Mai and her staff are very accommodating and hospitable and even though the Thai's are noted for that (which is true as long as you are kind too) they are among the best. Price is very reasonable and the restaurant is outstanding! More

Friendly people, great locations near the beach. Rooms are your standard bed, balcony, hard floors but clean. I would stay here again. Not a destination, but a decent value. Paid 1500 baht for a deluxe "view" of a few power lines and a glimpse of the sea. More

Pretty good place to stay in Phuket during low season. Low price for rooms, breakfast included, free wifi (kinda slow), fiendly staff, free transfer - these are advantages of the place. This small hotel (12 rooms) is a real home away from home. Terry, Mai and the girls treat you like royalty. So friendly,nothing is too much trouble. A great bar and dining room.
