We stayed here for one night as we headed down south. The mill is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed a walk along the river to stretch our legs after a long drive. Very nice and warm reception. The location is charming and relaxing for those who like to sleep nearby waters. The house is beautiful and carefully renovated, and the rooms are very confortables. For that matter it's rather difficult to get up and leave. A special thank to Alex for we had breakfast nearly at midday ! We felt "at home"... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in mid-May but would have been happier to stay longer. Beautiful location on the canal just beside a lock with excellent accomodation and very friendly, but unobtrusive hosts. A private entrance to the chambres-des -hotes means that you don't feel that you are in someone's house and can come and go as you please.... More

Le Moulin de la Rongere is a small charming B and B in a restored old water mill on the River Mayenne. It's about 2 - 3 hours drive west of Pars, heading towards Brittany.
