The resort could be good. But the spa -the reason number one you go- shows bad performance. Dirty rooms, dirty bed-sheets, staff who don't care. Where is the management ? Nobody seems to care. The only purpose I choosed this hotel was to detox, loose weight and relax. All worked out great and exceeded my expectation. The rooms are very nice (but why no mosquito-screens ??) the pool (they have two) was nice and the food was great and VERY healthy. What a great concept. Thank you.
