We stayed here whilst visiting Eungella National Park after our 1st choice of accommodation was sold out.
On arrival there was no-one around to check us in (it was after 5pm) but there was all the info needed to let us know which cabin was ours etc. Can't comment on the staff as we never met any whilst there!
The cabin was clean - it got a bit cold at night but there was reverse cycle air conditioning so this was not a problem. Bathroom small but clean. The shower wasn' t the most effective we've ever had but then again when your in a cabin in the middle of nowhere you can't expect that much! The cabin had a double bed and 2 singles so ideal for a family. No TV in the cabin so make sure you have plenty to entertain.
Location was ok - close by to the forest flying we did the next day. The place had a communal BBQ area to use and is right by the river/stream - handy if you have kids - who can go off and explore.
There was a cafe attached to the site...
