This has got to be the worst place ever we have stayed in.To say the room was filthy is an unstatement.On being shown to our room the first thing the receptionist did was apologise that there was a huge hole in the wall where someone had pulled the TV bracket off .I was disgusted by the overwhelming smell of urine from the ensuite,the carpet was stinking and there were pubic hairs in the shower.I was appalled that my daughters single bed sheets were stained with BLOOD!!!.The carpet hadnt been hoovered and even though I did mention this to the girl who showed us our room she said they have a new cleaner?There were coffee and suger remains on the table and the cups were stained with tea marks.I can now see why this place is so cheap.The service downstairs in the bar was very slow,there was a queue of people waiting to be served ,whilst a member of staff was sat there eating her food and her child was running around the place out of control.On a plus side was the guy who served us... more
