I already call the hotel for booking since 2 October 2012, the resevation counter acknowladge and said my booking has been completed. Unfortunetly, today when I went to the hotel, the recieption counter said my booking has been lost and not in the system. More worst there are no more rooms.

We wanted to stay in Kuala Besut to be close to family living just outside Pasir Puteh. This hotel would have so much more potential if the service and facilities were maintained in a much better condition. The main complaint was the smell of the drains (toilet and shower drains) - they were really bad and permiated the whole room... More

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the breakfasts and swimming pool and friendly staff. The downsides were too far from town, rooms could do with refurb, and one of us got food poisening from a steamboat meal.
