Gt B & B and nice location. rooms were clean and comfortable but pity the landlady was rude! When we asked for an iron and iron board she said she would only give us the ironing board and not the iron as she had a previous guest who had damged one and so now she did not trust people to... more

Located in a quiet village of Robertsbridge makes it an ideal spot if you'd like to explore the Southeastern part of England. Two minutes walking distance to the train station and your're on your way to Battle and Hastings or a wonderful town of Tunbridge Wells. London is just over an hour away. not only because of the room, but the location up the hill from the train station, the best array of breakfast items, the homey atmosphere of Robertsbridge.
