Stayed with family and friend on holi. Serene excellent place for complete relaxation. Bird watching and photography was life time experience. Food, swimmimg pool and moonlight dinner was an experience. Jeep safari in forest and vintage cars are added pleasure. Service was prompt .

A beautiful heritage hotel. After cycling 45 miles to be welcomed not only with a drum roll but also cold face flannels and cold lemonade was a delight. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although we only stayed one night I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Spacious rooms, nice pool, good choice... More

We travelled from lovely Udaipur, city of lakes, through Ranakpur and its amazing, stunning Jain temple. Jojawar is a small and hectic town set amongst very small villages and close to the beautiful Aravalli hills. Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the beating of a drum, staff dressed smartly in military style, then walked through lovely courtyards to... More

This hotel tucked away within a village deep in mountainous territory is a real jewel. We visited in December 2012 on our first visit to India as a family. The entrance was grand......drum rolls sounded in the forecourt heralding our arrival....and the "flower fort" lived up to its name as we were showered with flower petals coming from seemingly in... We approached the hotel through a dirty, scruffy village. A lovely Heritage hotel, entered by a gateway. There is a large courtyard and flower beds Buildings completely surround the courtyard. There is a very smart modern pool. The food; snack lunch, dinner and breakfast, were excellent. The delightful owner and his extended family live at the house and they and the... More

Rawla Jojawar is a lovely, peaceful heritage property with a lot of character. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The public spaces are beautiful. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The village is fun to explore. A nice change from busy cities and a perfect place to stop between Jaipur and Udaipur.

Spend one night here in Dec.2012 with our GAP tour, what a lovely place. Rooms were great and the staff was wonderfull, very friendly and the food was delecious. Would highly recommend an overnight stay here as it is a nice break between big cities. Also enjoyed the ride in the 1947 chevy to the train station. Paul and Lois Edelenbos (Canada)

A delightful family seat, turned hotel. Jojawar is a natural stopping point between Udaipur and Jodhpur, especially if you want to stop to visit the Jain temple at Ranakpur or the fort at Kumbalgarh. The hotel is spacious and well appointed and the staff are delightful. The owner, the local Maharaja is a real sweetie and made us feel very... More

The Rawla Jojawar was a lovely authentic Rajasthan heritage property. The manager was very gracious, warm, and solicitous. The staff was excellent. Today was Diwalli- the hotel did a nice decoration in the courtyard where dinner was served. The food was very good- we finished a whole tandoori chicken! The desert pastry with a texture of halvah (but more delicate)... More

We stayed for one night during a 5 week tour of India. We were welcomed with traditional drums, flowers and cold beverages. The hotel property was beautiful and well-kept and our room was lovely and very clean. We were the only guests in the hotel and we really enjoyed the dinner and the very generous breakfast. The manager escorted us... More
