Leave your watch and time constraint expectations at home, you're on island time now! The rooms are what you expect. If you pay more, you get more. Simple isn't it? It's like a mini resort. Very nice location, I think this hotel is the best one in Mirissa. Room very clean, staff friendly. You can see beach from room, big waves here, a nice surfing place.

The hotel is very pleasant,staff is gentle and helpful,location is great,we enjoyed the nice,white sand beach and the good food.Fish was always nice and fresh,the selection of local fruits was the best we had during the whole trip.We liked curd with honey- delicious!!- even when it was not displayed the waiters gave to us and always with a smile!
