I wish the city would make its mind about their name. Sometimes is Tuxpan and some time is Tuxpam. The hotels in Mexico can give themselves whatever number of stars they wish. I haven’t figure out what the formula is. The hotel Reforma is not a 4 star, but it is without question the best we found in Tuxpam. We... more
