Booked triple room with broken Z bed not even an apology from unhelpful manager slept on the floor absolutely rubbish! Book somewhere else!!!! Very rude and unhelpful manager which does not reflect on the other staff who were helpfuland polite!

Efficient, helpful staff & was quiet. I have stayed here before and always find the old castle converted hotel very charming. The only down side is that you need to use a taxi to commute as it is not in the middle of the town or city.
