Property Type: Camping/Caravan site
  • Cabin – Small guest accommodation, normally in a rustic setting with other cabins or campsites on the same property. Campsite – Property set up for tents and RVs; entrance fee often includes fireplaces for cooking, toilets, showers, utility hookups and access to outdoor recreation.
This is the only campground in Arches National Park and is open in the winter.

Two other moms, myself, and all our children (11 people total) went on a homeschool field trip to Arches National Park. We reserved the Juniper Pines campground site (you need at least 11 people to get this site). It is the best site! Like getting your own private stone canyon. We did have a clean pit toilet nearby. This is another of my favorite campgrounds in the southwest. The ground is very soft because you are sleeping on sand throughout most of the campground which is a very unique experience.
